HOW IT WORKS:

  • Book a collection.
  • We will send you a text reminder 24 hours before scheduled pick-ups and drop off.
  • Turnaround time – 2days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Delivery charge 00, including pick up & delivery.
  • We bill your credit or debit card directly on DELIVERY.
  • We accept MasterCard and Visa.
  • PICK-UP DAY – the driver will pick-up your laundry, once the driver is back at the shop your order will be processed and we will SMS you the cost.
  • DELIVERY DAY – Delivery time slot to be scheduled with client.

  • Alternatively, please dial 067 660 7265 Mondays – Fridays between 09:00 – 13:00 excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

PREPARING YOUR LAUNDRY FOR PICK-UP

  • Pack your dirty laundry in a bag, no need to separate colour from whites, leave that to us.
  • Once the driver is back at the shop your order will be processed and we will SMS you the cost. NOTE: Any orders below 1kg will be charged at the minimum weight as per pricelist.
  • Turnaround time – 2days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

PICK UP AND DELIVERY

  • We will send you a text reminder 24 hours before scheduled pick-ups and drop off.

PAYMENT

Please take note all cleaned orders must be paid in full on delivery.

In light of the current situation, we are all facing due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we’ve implemented a number of safety measures at our laundry branches.  Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers and our employees.

The steps we are taking:

EMPLOYEE HYGIENE/HEALTH SCREENING

Our Drivers and our Laundry Team handling your items are instructed to:

  • It is compulsory for our Laundry Team and Drivers to wear masks.
  • All staff will have a temperature scan daily.
  • Routine cleaning of hard surfaces and workstations with a disinfectant throughout our laundry premises on a regular basis.
  • Availability of hand sanitizers throughout our laundry premises.
  • Wash their hands with soap and water on a regular basis.
  • Drivers should routinely use hand sanitizers and wipe down the steering wheel and other hard surfaces frequently handled.
  • Drivers will not make physical contact with any customers and maintain a safe distance of 1.5 – 2meters between driver and clients.
  • Drivers and the Laundry team wear gloves on deliveries and when handling your garments.
  • ALL STAFF ARE INSTRUCTED TO REPORT TO MANAGEMENT IMMEDIALTY IF THEY EXPERIENCE ANY FLUE LIKE SYMPTOMS.

DRIVERS ON DELIVERY DAY

  • Drivers are instructed to wear gloves and a mask at all times.
  • Our drivers carry a personal hand sanitiser bottle with them at all times.
  • Upon arriving at your delivery address, the driver will knock on the door/ring bell and back away from the door.
  • Our drivers have been instructed to avoid physical contact by placing clean laundry down and backing away before you are to retrieve them.
  • PAYMENT BY CARD – the driver will wipe down the card machine and prepare it for the transaction. The customer will then simply tap, insert or swipe their card. If a PIN is required, the driver will hold out the card machine towards the customer so that the customer can enter their PIN without having to handle the card machine.
  • The driver will then sanitise their hands again before commencing with his duties
